Healing from the Inside Out

Our bodies are always moving in the direction of well-being. Does that seem true for you or do you feel like you are getting older, and more tired and forgetful? How you feel is is a choice. You can choose to re-create yourself (your health, career, financial standing, social world, etc.) at will.

At any time, you can:

* Stop self-sabotaging habits.

* Give yourself at least 5 full minutes of gentle belly breathing sometime during the day.

* Get a good night's sleep (drug & alcohol free with a relatively empty stomach).
Our bodies do alot of their cleansing and repair work during night. If we go to bed full, our bodies waste precious healing time digesting food. If we eat sugar or things that turn into sugar (alcohol, refined carbs, etc.) these foods can suppress the immune system and further arrest our nightly repair cycle.

* We have similarities yet are all very unique. Don't waste time trying to be like everyone else. Discover what your individual strengths and sensitivities are.

You can rebuild your health and your life to be the highest and best version of your most exceptional self.

What if you could see what your eyes were saying?

Now you can! Everything that we think, feel and experience is recorded cellularly and shows up in our eyes. They are, indeed, the window to the soul.

I take photos of your eyes with a special camera designed specifically for macro-closeups. I'll then go through those with you so you can see - just what exactly your eyes are saying.

How an Eye Reading Can Help You Maintain (or Regain) Your Health & Beauty

An eye reading is a quick and easy way to find underlying causes – whether they have manifested into various stages of congestion or have not yet presented any symptoms. A little preventive care will go a long way in avoiding future illness, and without health, beauty means little and is quick to dissipate. Knowing how we might adjust our lifestyle to accommodate our physical and emotional uniqueness can pay big dividends in our future.

An eye reading can reveal such issues as genetic and constitutional predispositions, conditions that have developed over time, inherently strong or weak organs, glands and other tissue structures; lymphatic and immune system congestion, pancreatic insufficiencies, cerebral circulation, mineral depletion, level of nutrient assimilation, over-acid constitution, toxic accumulations, colon conditions, build-up of cholesterol plaque and inorganic salts; levels of stress and tension, thought and emotional patterns, mental and emotional pain and sensitivity, and several hundred other points as they relate to an individual.

The eyes are an outgrowth of the brain and as such, they respond to the constant patter received from all systems of the body via the brain. Eventually, this patter displays in very specific patterns upon the surface of the eyes. As the stages of congestion progress, various lines, colors and structures become more prominent. As congestion continues to develop, there is a "dimming of the lights” that takes place. This is a phenomenon wherein one hardly notices the internal degeneration from day to day – until one day when the situation becomes a calamity.

As with all stages of congestion, it is possible to heal. More advanced levels of congestion require more adherence to natural healing protocols. It is much less demanding to handle issues at a superficial level. We don’t always think of preventive care when we feel good, yet the easiest way to keep our health and beauty is to not let it go in the first place.

Reading the Eyes to Uncover Genetic Predispositions in Children

What if you could discover the specific genetic inheritance of your children?

You could find out which genetic predispositions they have that will help them flourish and which tendencies to help them avoid. Knowing this information at an early age gives you and your child a huge head start in creating an amazing life.

As an example, a friend of mine has three boys, all under 12. The two older boys have similar strong constitutions and the youngest boy has a more sensitive constitution. An eye reading revealed that he had many deep and disorganized contraction furrows which are genetic. This made a lot of sense as he took things very seriously and stressed over details. Knowing this, Mom was able to help him get more physically active so he could burn off his stress. And while she had been rewarding good grades with extra allowance, she started to praise even his imperfect efforts. While she loved all her boys, she began to see their deeper differences and was able to modify her behavior to meet their individual needs. Eye readings further revealed the types of foods and nutrition that would benefits each of them the most. A single metabolic pigmentation (freckle) in the liver reflex area indicated a genetic predisposition to liver issues for the oldest boy. Knowing this, Mom is now able to reinforce good nutrition, and specifically for him, foods and herbal supplements that support the liver.

It is a tremendous advantage for a young person to grow up in an environment where their differences are known and celebrated. Genetic predispositions do not have to manifest. When we know what our genetic inheritance it, we can choose to embrace it or move beyond it.
