Its the Perfect Time for Green Smoothies

Summertime is the perfect time for blending up delicious green smoothies. You can do a search for “green smoothies” and you’ll find lots of recipes. Personally, I just use what I have. Usually my drink consists of something like lettuce, spinach, parsley, cilantro, apple, and one or two types of berries and sometimes a banana. I add enough water to blend everything and a little liquid stevia (my favorite is Kal brand - no aftertaste). This drink can last 2 full days so sometimes I make extra.

What’s to love about this - blended foods are quick and easy to digest making the nutrition more bio-available, tons of nutrition and few calories.

Evaluating the Human Condition

Iridology is the science of looking at the iris and interpreting what is presented.

Sclerology is the science of looking at the sclera and interpreting what is presented.

By reading the signs, one can clearly see cause and effect; mentally, physically and emotionally. Vastly different, each science can verify the findings of the other.

Ancient wisdom is once again proved out in a hi-tech world.

What if you could see what your eyes were saying?

Now you can! Everything that we think, feel and experience is recorded cellularly and shows up in our eyes. They are, indeed, the window to the soul.

I take photos of your eyes with a special camera designed specifically for macro-closeups. I'll then go through those with you so you can see - just what exactly your eyes are saying.

How an Eye Reading Can Help You Maintain (or Regain) Your Health & Beauty

An eye reading is a quick and easy way to find underlying causes – whether they have manifested into various stages of congestion or have not yet presented any symptoms. A little preventive care will go a long way in avoiding future illness, and without health, beauty means little and is quick to dissipate. Knowing how we might adjust our lifestyle to accommodate our physical and emotional uniqueness can pay big dividends in our future.

An eye reading can reveal such issues as genetic and constitutional predispositions, conditions that have developed over time, inherently strong or weak organs, glands and other tissue structures; lymphatic and immune system congestion, pancreatic insufficiencies, cerebral circulation, mineral depletion, level of nutrient assimilation, over-acid constitution, toxic accumulations, colon conditions, build-up of cholesterol plaque and inorganic salts; levels of stress and tension, thought and emotional patterns, mental and emotional pain and sensitivity, and several hundred other points as they relate to an individual.

The eyes are an outgrowth of the brain and as such, they respond to the constant patter received from all systems of the body via the brain. Eventually, this patter displays in very specific patterns upon the surface of the eyes. As the stages of congestion progress, various lines, colors and structures become more prominent. As congestion continues to develop, there is a "dimming of the lights” that takes place. This is a phenomenon wherein one hardly notices the internal degeneration from day to day – until one day when the situation becomes a calamity.

As with all stages of congestion, it is possible to heal. More advanced levels of congestion require more adherence to natural healing protocols. It is much less demanding to handle issues at a superficial level. We don’t always think of preventive care when we feel good, yet the easiest way to keep our health and beauty is to not let it go in the first place.

Choosing an Iridologist

Iridology is an art and science that is not licensed by any state of federal authority. It is suggested that you ask some questions as you are seeking out an Iridologist. Please make sure the Iridologist you see is:

1. Certified: This means that the practioner has met the standards of the practice.
2. Holistic: This means the practitioner sees you as a spiritual, mental, emotional and physical being and what shows up in your eyes is more than physical.

We are building on our knowledge exponentially everyday. With new and better lenses and lighting, we are seeing more than ever. Iridologists around the world continue to gather at events where we are sharing new discoveries and information. Choose a practitioner who stays on the leading edge of this knowledge

In Praise of Dr. Richard Schulze and His Herbal Products

I love Dr. Richard Schulze’s herbal products. And I love his common sense approach. He studied with many of the natural health greats such as the renowned Dr. Bernard Jensen and the legendary Dr. John Christopher. You can tell Dr. Schulze is passionate about health – especially YOUR health. And his passion really shows in the quality of his products. My new favorite product of his is the Kidney Cleanse. I just finished the 5 day protocol last week and WOW – it elevated my game.

Don’t wait until your organs are talking to you to give them an opportunity to cleanse. Consider a proactive approach – check out Dr. Schulze’s website at www.herbdoc.com

Seeing Changes in Your Eyes as You Heal

We know we feel better as we heal and certainly there is a brightness that comes from our eyes. Our eyes provide further testimony to the inner healing taking place. Lines in the sclera can change, recede or even diminish. Structures, colors, accumulations and lines in the iris can change. This is the power of the body healing itself – and the tough yet delicate tissue responding to the body’s internal patter gives testimony to this healing. Observing the lines, colors, structures, accumulations, and etc. is also a good way to know if one is making progress with various protocols. To make this comparison, one would want photos taken regularly (at least every 4 weeks). If the person is not feeling better and there are no observable changes, he or she may need a more effective or aggressive protocol.
