Eat the Best


If you really feel you must have that something that’s not on your healthy eating plan,just get the very best of what you like and enjoy every bite.

If it’s a steak, get the best looking, organically raised, freshest steak you can find. If you choose less than organic and fresh, you could be taking in second-hand steroids, vaccines and genetically modified soy and corn feed and various animal byproducts and etc. One really crummy choice can undo a lot of good and it’s not worth it. So eat only the best.
