How Long Does it Take to Get Well?
The sicker one is, the more diligent one needs to be to overcome. The bigger the illness, the more one should do everything right (faithfully that is – rather than religiously). Use every opportunity to fortify yourself – eat and drink healthy foods and water, listen to good music, spend time in activities you enjoy. If you can’t do light exercise, at least get some outside air and breathe deeply. Some things not to do: don’t watch TV news (especially before sleeping), avoid newspapers, don’t eat prepared foods from publicly traded corporations unless they are organic (buy food from your local health food store, other local establishments you trust or farmers’ markets). Prepare for health – plan for it by mapping your new life with renewed health.
